Law Professor - Osgoode Hall Law School

Professor Dufraimont has been teaching in the areas of criminal law, evidence and criminal procedure at Osgoode Hall since 2015. She obtained her JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she received the Gold Medal and the Dean's Key. She also holds an LLM and a JSD from Yale University. Her work, which is focused on the jury system and the psychological aspect of procedural and evidentiary rules, has appeared in leading law journals including the Supreme Court Law Review, the McGill Law Journal, and the UBC Law Review. Professor Dufraimont's work on common law confessions rules has also been cited by the Supreme Court of Canada.
